Mission impossible?

As I mentioned before, I really want a new (or second hand) sofa. Unfortunately it seems pretty impossible to find a practical sofa when you have both kids and a cat. Currently we have a leather sofa, which would be a great choice, unless the cat kept using it as a scratching post.

The other day I found this wonderful sofa on Blocket:

But I guess we’re gonna be realistic and not go for another (fake) leather sofa, even though it looks exactly like what I had in mind when I said I wanted a vintage sofa.
