Blackboard paint FTW!

Like always the weekend has gone by too fast. We’ve been to the playground, visited one of my brothers in Kungsbacka south of Gothenburg and checked out the spot where my other brother is building a house, quickly browsed over an Andy Warhol-exhibition and we’ve managed to finish some lingering painting projects at home..

The kitchen cabinet that the carpenters helped us build is finally finished. Even though it didn’t turn out like we first imagined it, we’re quite happy with the end result. We have painted it with blackboard paint, just like the door in Eowyn’s room. Here’s an attempt to capture it on a photo (quite hard since it’s stuck between the door and the fridge). I’m very pleased with the black color against the crème-colored fridge.

Here’s another thing that the carpenters helped us build, a perfect fit shoe rack (notice Eowyn helping out with the painting in the background :)):

Now, some Madagascar on the tv. We’re watching kid movies even though both kids are fast asleep.
