This morning the whole family had a really nice, long breakfast. (Johan and I were running around as usual so only the kids got caught on camera…)
These pictures are from a couple of weeks ago, and something’s really changed since then. Autumn’s definitely here now, a season I really enjoy. At least before everything turns all grey and dark. Today it’s really chilly outside, but the colors are beautiful.
After a couple of weeks with internet connection problems we’ve finally solved it. So now I can start blogging again. But first, a weekend trip to Manchester, to visit a good friend. And meet up with other good friends. Yay! I’m crossing my fingers that the weather forecast is correct and packs only summer clothes. :)

Images from our apartment this morning; the Brainy Smurf outside of his little smurf house, a corner of our bedroom - more tidy than usual, pot plants in the window and two tired kids in the sofa watching morning television.
Our internet connection is failing us right now. So therefore I can’t upload any new pictures, which is too bad since I wanted to show the new drying racks we’ve just put up above the washing machine in our so called laundry room (a minimal bathroom with a washing machine where there used to be a shower). It’s very much compact living in there; we’ve squeezed in washing machine, baby changing table (well that’s the washing machine with a cushion on top), drying of laundry, a lot of storage - all in one small room, less that two square meters I’d guess.
Here are some older pics instead. Eo and Ester does a lot of painting at the moment. Or perhaps I should say always.
It’s a rainy Tuesday here in Gothenburg. We’re playing with Lego and cars.

We’ve had a couple of days with really nice weather lately, but today it’s raining outside, so me and Eowyn are going to the cinema to see Cars 2. A week ago we went on a boattrip to one of the islands south of Gothenburg, where there are no cars. Just bicycles and mopeds for transportation. Very calm and picturesque.
Speaking of cars, we no longer own one. The car that was parked next to ours burned (!) late one night and our car was so damaged that the insurance company gave us money instead. So now we’ve joined a car pool, which we had intended to do anyway, but in a couple of years time. It works really well!
